Our Story
In 2021, Tracy and Melissa Hunt opened The Home at Baer Creek, a luxury personal care home, in Seguin Texas.
The demand for their unique, family-based approach to elder care created a waiting list of 12+ families in their first year.Ā Because they are committed to creating a world that works for everyone, with no one left out, they looked for ways they could serve those 12+ families...and Elder Care Solutions Group and tramelda training were born.
Melissa and Tracy worked directly with Michelle and John Moore, supporting them in opening their own family-based care home.Ā Dignity Care of New Braunfels opened in the fall of 2022, and was full within a month.
Having proven that the unique model worked more than once, the Hunts developed the coaching, training, and mentoring program and formally launched it in January of 2023.
In its first year, 12+ families enrolled in the program, and by the end of 2023, there were six homes open as a result of the Elder Care Solutions Group program provided by tramelda training.
